I dropped by CTV Calgary with some footage of excellent Halloween walks! There’s always a reason to take an urban hike. Check out the segment here!

I dropped into Breakfast TV on May 18, 2018 to feature four excellent urban walkabouts for May and June. From wilderness treks at the Weaslehead and Glenbow Ranch, to quirky strolls through Sunnyside and Roxboro to Ramsay. These are all in my book, Calgary’s Best Walks! Check out the spring calendar of urban walks and Rockies hikes! The spring hike session runs from March 20- July 7. The Rockies hikes range from mostly flat and 3-4 hours of hiking up to 8 hour treks with 1000+ meters of elevation.

The wildflowers begin mid May and continue all springs and summer. Join me and soak up the beauty of Calgary and the Rockies!
